At NYDJ, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and affix it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
